Ajay is the driving force of Spectrum FZ and ComGuard FZ.  Regarded by his peers as a true visionary, Ajay lives by his simple and transparent approach to achieving business goals.

A product of  the elite Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, Ajay held key positions at reputed MNCs in the Middle East. His true passion came to the fore when he sensed the opportunity to provide a unique platform to train networking and security professionals in the region.  His brain-child Spectrum Training Centre emerged as the only Authorized Training Centre for leading networking and security technology product suppliers like Juniper Networks, Brocade, Guidance Software, Arcsight, and EC Council.

Ajay's business acumen and strong strategic skills have enabled Spectrum win the Award for Excellence from 2006-2008 from Juniper Networks.

In the year 2007, Ajay spearheaded the take over of Comguard FZ, a Value Added Distributor of IT security products in the region. The take over marked the emergence of a VAD that provided in-house product training and technical support services to end-users and the reseller channel.

Ajay has over over 19 years of rich experience in business development while working with leading Networking & IT Security products. He extends his repertoire to creating distribution systems, managing the reseller channels and supply chain management.

 

Mohammad Mobasseri
Senior Vice President
Mohammad brings his vast experience and security product expertise into his role as a Senior Vice President at ComGuard. His commitment to steamroll the company's distribution channel, and his immense passion for exploring new markets and business development have enabled ComGuard to spread its wings and extend its product reach to 23 countries in the region. 

Mohammad extends his role to provide feedback to product designers to enable product enhancements that are aligned to user needs. With eye for detail, he also interacts with the channel and prospects in various symposiums and events, As Senior Vice President, he grew Comguard FZ-LLC business every year from the time of joining and near to 450% in 2009.

Mohammad has been instrumental in revamping ComGuard's business standing and brand equity. His dedicated efforts in helping vendors establish strong market reach and extensive technical support have enabled ComGuard to be a recipient of the Best Overall Partner for 2008 by Kaspersky Labs, Best Cyberoam Distributor of the year in the Middle East (2009) , selected as the Emerging Company of the Year 2008 by VAR Middle East, Enterprise Project of the Year from Kaspersky lab (2009), Biggest Deal of the Year 2010 from Watchguard (X Borderware), as well as Partner Excellence of the Year from Kaspersky Lab for 2009 also selected as the Emerging Company of the Year 2008 by VAR Middle East.
