Channel Value

The Infrastructural set up of ComGuard also has state of the art training facilities for enabling Channel Values to Partners in the Region.

ComGuard follows four levels of enablement with its Channel Partners apart from the initializing programme which is separately monitored and run by the Strategic Alliance and Quality Assurance Division of ComGuard.

Following are the different levels of ComGuard Partner Engagement Training Programmes

Partner Education Programme (PEP-1)

First level training programme with the partner community where in the partner sales and technical team is imparted with the product know how and competency matrix. This is a base line competency which enables a partner to achieve CEP Level-1 (Certified ComGuard Educated Partner).

Partner Enabling Programme (PEP-2)

Second level training programme with the partner community where in the partner sales and technical team is imparted with deeper level of product knowledge. This will also involve accessing the partner strength to build upon an independent pre-sales and sales force for the future. This level enables a partner to achieve ComGuard CEP Level-2 (Certified Enabled Partner).

Partner Empowerment Programme (PEP-3)

Third level training programme with the partner community where in the partner sales and technical team is imparted with in depth level of product and technical knowledge. This will also involve ascertaining the partner strength to form an independent pre-sales and sales force. This level enables a partner to achieve ComGuard CEP Level-3 (Certified Empowered Partner).

Empowered Premium Partner Programme (EPP)

Fourth Level Programme with the partner community where in the Partner is accessed on 360 degree metrics based on performance and potential of their Resource strength, Business Turnover, and Loyalty to ComGuard . These programme metrics will enable to classify the partner to an elite category of Empowered Premium Partner where in these partners can manage partners under them as in case of a sub distributor.
